Welcome to Edison Elementary School, home of the Edison Eagles. Edison, one of 12 elementary schools in the HMS district, is an “official” Core Knowledge school. Core Knowledge’s “back-to-basics approach – where core subjects like math, science, language arts, social studies, music and fine arts are stressed – teaches Edison students to tackle tough subjects at a young age and prepares them for a demanding curriculum as they progress through our secondary schools.
